e-Policy is the new experience for Allianz Insurance Laos customers, the easy way for our customers to keep their insurance policy on their electronic devices and they can check insurance policy anywhere and anytime because its link to payment gateway of banks.

e-Policy of Allianz Insurance Laos Co.,ltd is approved by Ministry of Finance, Ministry Information of Technology and Ministry of Public Security. The customers will be covered by insurance policy as well as written insurance policy printed out.

The customers can change by themselves of soft-file insurance policy to electronic Insurance policy though My Insurance App by click on the insurance contract menu, select the insurance you want to change to electronic Insurance, click Apply, read the terms of the application (consent), accept and confirm. After downloaded e-Stickers, you are now can show your e-stickers to police officers and others related officers.

Moreover, you can also download your e-Health card to show to the Allianz Insurance Laos hospital networks with paperless.
In the future, we will changes all of our insurance policies into electronic insurances for the easiest way and more conveniences for our customers.
