STEP OF CAR REPAIRING AT ALLIANZ INSURANCE LAOS GARAGE NETWORK 

Step 1 

Adjuster advise
on the garage
to repair the car.

Step 2

Vehicle owner contact
with garage to inspect
the damage.

Step 3

Garage inspect the damage
and send the repairing
quotation to Allianz Insurance Laos

 

Step 4 

Allianz Insurance Loas approved quotation and garage repair the car.

Step 5

Vehicle owner check the car
after repairing & sign the receipt.

Step 6

Allianz Insurance Laos pay for the
repairing cost to the garage directly.

STEP OF CAR REPAIRING IN OUT OF ALLIANZ INSURANCE LAOS
GARAGE NETWORK

Step 1 

Vehicle owner inform Allianz Insurance Laos on the garage to repair.

Step 2 

Vehicle owner send the repairing
quotation to Allianz Insurance Laos
to approve.

Step 3

Allianz Insurance Laos approved
to repair the vehicle.

Step 4 

When repair completed,
the vehicle owner pay for
repairing cost.

Step 5

Vehicle owner bring the bills
& necessary document to 
reimburse with Allianz Insurance Laos.

  •   Need documents :
    1. Claim reimbursement form.
    2. Medical bills from hospital in case of infury
    3. Repairing bills from garage
    4. Repairing document from garage
    5. Receipt of repairing complete from garage
    6. ID card, passport or family book

Step 6

Allianz Insurance Laos reimburse
the bills by cash or bank transfer.
