On February 21, 2024, the Department of Taxation, Ministry of Finance convened a ceremony to honor outstanding enterprises in the implementation of laws and regulations and the implementation of tax obligations. The commendation ceremony, categorized into three segments, recognized the exceptional efforts of businesses in upholding tax responsibilities. Among the distinguished participants was Allianz Insurance Laos Co., Ltd, recognized for its outstanding performance in tax obligation Type I for the year 2022. The award was presented by the Minister of Finance, Mr. Santipharb PHOMVIHAN, with Dr. Sengaloun INMYXAI, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Insurance Laos, accepting the accolade on behalf of the company.
Allianz Insurance Laos has demonstrated remarkable consistency, having been honored with the outstanding enterprise Type I Award for three consecutive years. This recognition is attributed to Allianz's fulfillment of four key criteria:
- Enterprises with Consistent and accurate tax declarations throughout the year;
- Enterprises that timely submission of financial reports for the year 2020;
- Absence of arrears in the TaxRIS system and from the 2021 audit report;
- No incurred fines from overdue tax notifications.
For the classification of perform it is determined to take enterprises tha tmeet at least 3 of the 4 criteria defined above, a total of 249 units and divided into 3 categories.
