Allianz Insurance Laos organized a training session on the electronic policy (e-Policy) by My Insurance app for Traffic Police 

Allianz Insurance Laos Co., Ltd. recently organized a training session to provide knowledge and understanding to traffic police in three districts: Sisattanak District, Xaysetha District, and Naxaithong District. The training session will focus on the electronic car policy, also known as e-Policy, which was developed by Allianz Laos. The objective of this initiative is to make it easier for Allianz Laos customers to verify their coverage information without the need to carry physical documents when interacting with police officers.

Furthermore, Allianz Insurance Laos is dedicated to developing various digital tools to enhance customer service and convenience which Renewal feature and making online payments via the app.

In terms of expanding the dissemination of knowledge and understanding to the traffic police, Allianz Laos has plans to extend these training sessions to all districts within the Vientiane capital city respectively.
